I dropped into Herbal One on my way into work this morning for another weigh in as my Herbal One weight loss plan continues and I lost another pound and a half which brings my total to 19 pnds.  I am stoked.  I almost at the 20pnd mark and well on my way in my 50lb challenge with heather at Herbal One.  I know she lost another pound and a half, but I am still in the lead.  Goin for the bragging rights.
