Well, I am off enjoying a weeks vacation with the family so while I'm away I thought I would share with you a listener email I got awhile back.  In case you didn't hear it on air check it out.  I'll be back to work July 6th.  Talk to you then.


Over the past 6 months or so, John Weaver (a regular listener) has sent Lainger and I the odd joke.  He sent this one in last week and we used it on the air.  Enjoy

A boy on a farm goes down to the kitchen for breakfast.  His Mom says "did you do all your chores".  The boy says "no" and his Mom says "no breakfast until you do your chores"

So, the boy heads out to feed the animals.  Before he feeds the Cow he kicks it.  Before he feeds the chicken he kicks and before he feeds the pig he kicks it. 

He goes back into the house and the Mother puts a bowl of dry cereal in front of him.  The boys says "Mom, where's my eggs and bacon and how come there's no milk on my cereal?"

The Mother says well "I saw you kick the chicken, I saw you kick the pig and I saw you kick the cow, so, no eggs, bacon or milk for a week"

Just then the Father comes downstairs and kicks the cat half way across the room.

The boy looks over at his Mother and says "well, are you going to tell him or am I?"
