This morning I dropped into Herbal One Peterborough for another weigh in as I recover from my ankle surgery.   I lost a 1/2 pound so I am now only 3pnds away from getting back to the 70lb mark which is where I was before the ankle surgery.  Once I lose that , I want to continue on and drop another 10lbs which would put me at a total of 80lbs.  I can’t tell you, how much better I feel these days.  It’s amazing.

Finally, I decided to lose the goatee on the weekend.  I've had a goatee and moustache for the past 15yrs, and Friday night I decided that I was tired of stairing at the grey hairs that were slowly starting to appear so I shaved it off.  It's the first time I've been clean shaven in 15yrs.
