Well, I dropped into Herbal One Peterborough for my final weigh in before the holidays and I can’t believe it, I actually lost another ½ pnd.
I’m extremely happy with that because I had a party filled weekend with booze and food. But hey, I think I deserved it because I’ve been doing so well and I’ve been following the plan to a tee since Sept 8th.
Once Jan 4th gets here my goal is to lose another 20pnds. Maybe a little more, who knows? I’ll know where I want to be once I get there.
The last few months of 2009 on this program have been amazing. The program works and I’m proof of it. To date I’ve lost 55 ½ pnds. If I put some back on over the holidays I know that will come off real quick when I get back at it Jan 4th.
