My Herbal One update and Ankle Surgery

Well, I had another great week of weight loss thanks to my Herbal One Peterborough plan.  I managed to lose 1 and 1/2 pnds which puts my total at 70 and a 1/2 pnds.  That was my initial - to hit 70lbs by the end of February.

Now, before I can continue on and lose the last 10pnds I have to get thru a little surgical procedure.

Next Wed (March 3rd) I am going in for ankle surgery to have my ligaments fixed up.  I have sprained my ankle so many times over the past 10yrs that they have become stretched and need to be worked on.

So, I will be on my couch off my feet (doctors orders) while I'm in a cast.  Once that is removed and they put me in a walking cast I can return to work.

Enjoy the weekend, and GO CANADA GO.  The ladies won the gold in hockey  last night and now we need the men to win tonight and then its onto Sunday and the GOLD.
