Well, I dropped into Herbal One Peterborough today for another weigh in, and I guess after coming through a long weekend I did ok.  I maintained at 66 1/2 pnds.  I'm confident I will show some results by the end of the week and I am still aiming to hit 70pnds by March 1st.

Bad Company have released a new live album called 'Hard Rock Live.” 
This is from the reunion concert August 8, 2008 at Hard Rock Live in Florida and it features the Paul Rogers and the original members of Bad Company.

AOL and Bad Company have offered up a free MP3 download of the tune 'Rock and Roll Fantasy” from that live release but it’s only available for download until Feb 23rd.
