Golf isn't really a sport known for serious injuries. Pulled back muscles probably top the list of wounds for most.

We all remember the classic golf movie "Happy Gilmore" with Adam Sandler and his coach Chubbs (Carl Weathers). 

Chubbs had his hand bitten off by an alligator whilst retrieving his ball in a water hazard and had it replaced it with a wooden one.  Seems a little outlandish....

No so for a dude in South Carolina.  This really happened to him over the weekend.  He reached into the water at his local golf club and a gator' popped out, latched onto his arm and ripped it right off.... Not funny..... Doctors are hoping they can re-attach the arm.  Chances are this guy won't be golfing much anymore.

Now that the golf season is pretty much over, did you get injured this season?

I got hit in the face with an errant ball, a one hopper right in the forehead.  The fella who shot from 100 yards out thought he was going to stick the green.... DID NOT! Nothing too serious, just a little concussion between friends!
