Friday Night BIG Hair Affair!!

If you made the trek to Toronto this past Friday night for the KISS concert... Chances are you had some fun!

KISS took to the stage at the ACC with openers, Buckcherry.  My first time seeing KISS and a concert at the ACC.  It was busy, totally sold out as you would expect.  Tonnes of people wearing their make-up and some took the costumes to the next level, I saw a guy who actually thought he was Gene Simmons. 

The show started out with the huge light show and pyrotechnics that are synonymous with KISS, but came to a screeching halt during the first song when the entire sound system crashed leaving Paul Stanley mouthing the words and miming to the crowd that they'd take 10 minutes and restore the problem. 

The next gaffe came when "Ace Frehley" (played by someone else....) shot something out of his guitar mid-riff and it struck a light standard which came tumbling down to the front of the stage.... It could've been a lot worse, thankfully nobody was beneath it!!

WOLF winner Jessica had a great time and even dropped off a tour t-shirt for Alana and I.  If you've got tickets for this Wednesdays show in Oshawa, you're in for a real treat!
