My biggest BEEF is why do retail customers have to be so abusive to staff.  It seems that anymore the majority of customers have a chip on there shoulder and pass it off on the poor retail employee. WHAT THE F%$K!  I would like to get their names and where they work so I could treat them the way they treat us.  I bet they wouldn't like it one bit but it would be nice, payback is a BITCH.  Or let karma do it's thing eventually it will get them back. 
AND JUST TO CLEAR SOMETHING UP "CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT, THEY JUST THINK THEY ARE"

Or my favorite the husband sends in the wife or girlfriend to pick up something at the hardware store but doesn't tell them what they really need.  So we do our best to help them out, they feel stupid and always end up calling and passing the cell phone to the employee to ask what he wants.  WHY THE HELL DON'T YOU COME IN YOURSELF! That's right they are in the middle of a job and drinking beer laughing with there buddies.  AAAARRRGGG.
