I must admit, this is the first time I will spend Christmas here at home.  Usually around this time, we are rushing around, trying to get ourselves ready for the trip to Ottawa or Vankleek Hill to be with our parents.  Which means there is usually some sort of argument going on about how late we are or how much stuff we're bringing or why we haven't packed something.  It will be nice to wake up in my own bed this year and do things at our own pace.  And hopefully, without the argument!  In our struggle to create the perfect day, we often let the planning get the best of us and forget what the day is really about.  Being with family and enjoying each other's company.

Of course, celebrating family with a Wii wouldn't be so bad either.
