Apple has done it again.  Steve Jobs has found another way to milk money out of us.  It's the iPad.  Although the name kind of sounds like an adult diaper, Jobs says it's actually something in between a smart phone and a laptop and it will BLOW OUR MINDS!!!!

Are we really ready for another gadget?  Most likely, yes.  Techno geeks out there will probably flock to it when it goes on sale in a couple of months.  Of course it will probably be the summer before we see the iPad here in Canada but I'm sure that won't stop some people from heading south of the border in March to pick one up, like a lot of people did when the iPhone was introduced.

We've found a way to pretty much "i" just about everything.  My husband and I still haven't decided on any names for the baby in my belly yet.  Maybe I'll just put an "i" in front of whatever name we do pick out.  Perhaps it will make child care easier.  i-thingy's can do anything right?  If I have an i-Baby, all I should have to do is tilt he or she to one side to change a diaper, and plug in a USB pacifier to feed them.  Download a couple of apps and I'll have the baby walking and talking in about six months!

One thing the iPad has done is renew interest in this little Mad TV skit from a few years back.  I think they were on to something.
