If you have joined me in evenings over the summer, you will have caught a show that I do on Friday nights called the Friday Night Drive. The show is big on great music, and good times in general; we have done our best to reach to all of you folks travelling Friday nights, whether it be to the cottage, heading home after a long week at work, or even heading out for a night on the town. Well, since we are now into autumn, and for most people cottage season is pretty much winding down for another year, we have decided to give the Friday Night Drive a bit of a facelift… and bring you Friday Night Live!
Starting this Friday (October 2nd) you can catch Friday Night Live beginning at 6pm. We will still have all the great music you have come to expect from the Friday Night Drive, but we will also be bringing you “live” tracks from all of your favourite artists( and other treats) throughout the night as well! Also keeping with the “live” theme of Friday Night Live, you will be happy to know that I will be live in the studio as I always have been every Friday night; in fact, I am the only live radio announcer in the area in the evenings…period. You will be able to reach me in the Wolf Den Friday nights on the wildlines… let me know what you are up to, have a chance to win cool prizes from the Wolf, or perhaps even share your thoughts or opinions on a topic. We will also be letting you know what “live” shows you can catch around town Friday nights and throughout the weekends as well. So, you see, it really WILL be Friday Night Live… live announcer, live music, and info on live shows.
