Hockey season has finally started and my body is feeling it. Every year it seems that it gets harder to bend over and tie up the skates. A few more grunts and moans and they are tight. Of course the lungs aren't what they used to be either and I don't even smoke. Game night is bad enough however the morning after is even worse. Usually a good epsom salt bath cures that. So this is the life of a 31 year old men's league hockey player...
The nice thing is after each game there is ice cold beer in the cooler.
