The official release date for The Avengers 2 has been announced.
The sequel will open in cinemas on May 1, 2015. (Gee, thanks for the advanced notice). Anyhow, all the main characters will be back including Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man.
In fact, Robert Downey Jr. is nursing an ankle injury after a stunt went wrong on the set of Iron Man3.
He's been filming scenes for the upcoming sequel, but production has now been delayed to allow him time to recover
Iron Man 3, which also stars Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle and Guy Pearce, is set to hit screens next May.
