Today on the vinyl version we go back to the year 1987 To feature Guns N’Roses debut album “Appetite for Destruction”. It’s Side “G” Track 3 and it’s a song about the bands favorite type of booze. You see, back in the day, when they were recording appetite, whole band basically lived in their tiny rehearsal spaces. Which was nothing more than a small storage unit, in a very bad part of L.A. The band couldn’t afford much but they could afford one bottle of booze to split between them, with the most powerful kick. The only description that can be found on line is “It’s all business when this train pulls into the station. All aboard to nowhereville ! The train runs only runs one track, sober to stupid with no roundtrip tickets, and a strong liklihood of a train wreck before you reach your destination. It’s bottled by E&J Gallo Winery, in in Modesto, CA. Don’t bother looking on their web page, because they dare not mention The Night Train!
