The New England Patriots beat Houston 27-nothing last night, with a rookie QB leading the charge. Third string quarterback Jacoby Brissett had a 27-yard touchdown run in his first ever NFL start. It was the first time since 1993 that New England started a rookie quarterback. It was also the first time the Texans were shut out since a 27-0 loss at Jacksonville in 2003.
Patriots fan or not, you’ve gotta respect a rookie QB for coming in and getting it done for his team! Check out some of the throws Brissett made last night- some were beautiful, others were not… but that touchdown run was great!
