The scenery driving up the 115 on a beautiful summer day is somewhat of a salvation for me. After spending a couple of hours with my Son this morning, I hopped in the car, and headed up the highway for the 30 minute drive here to Peterborough, and as I rounded the curves on the highway with my music blasting, a thought came into my mind. I really love doing this gig at The Wolf. Don’t get me wrong, working in radio is awesome no matter what. But being able to spend some time with my family, and then having that time alone with my thoughts on my way to the studio is something really great. Most people dread coming into work on a Monday, but this new change in life has me really excited to be here every day. With the new job comes change of course. My wife and I are in the market for a new home out this way, and we’ve begun the search for a new place to call our own. But instead of stressing and worrying about every detail, we’ve both decided to buckle up and embrace this new chapter with a positive mind set. After all, change brought me here to The Wolf, and when you love what you do every day, Mondays aren’t so bad.
